REUBEN
I’m in year 5 at St Pauls CE school in Shadwell. I really like playing football and hockey, swimming, reading, playing computer games and playing the guitar.
I walk to school because it’s only about 10 minutes away. To get to places locally we either walk or cycle. We often
go on the DLR or the tube and trains. We don’t have a car but we sometimes hire one to go on holiday.
People should know which roads are the best to walk down, and which ones have bad air. I’m going to always walk through the park when I go to school, as far away from cars as possible.
Children are more vulnerable to breathing in polluted air than adults. For their size, they breathe more air each minute than an adult.

Despite the fact he spends around two and half hours of his day outside during the week, Reuben was the least exposed to pollution of those involved in the project.
